OCTOBER 2009 HOROSCOPE

What a beautiful time of year!  Take the time to smell the wonderful Fall air. As we enjoy a new season please use this opportunity with your pet to appreciate all that is right with the universe.  This time of year finds most pets full of life and vigor.  Make sure you take the occasion to enjoy these well deserved breaks with your best friend.  Remember, we get to choose our attitude…make it a good one!
ARIES (The Ram) March 21 – April 19: Your Aries pet will enjoy a lot of physical activity this month.  They will enjoy being in the outdoors and will look to make new friends both human and animal.  Allow them to be open to new and different activities; this prevents them from getting bored and will keep you entertained as well.
TAURUS (The Bull) April 20 – May 21:  Your Taurus pet is a bit on the territorial side this month.  They will not be in the sharing mood and will think that every toy in the household belongs to them.  Be patient with them as they make their opinions known to everyone who is within range of Taurus the Bull.  It should be a very interesting 30 days.
GEMINI (The Twins) May 22 – June 21: The good side of the Gemini prevails during the next 30 days.  You will see your pet being very versatile and eager to learn new and different things.  They want to participate in all that life has to offer.  Take full advantage of this wonderful time as it will not last long.
CANCER (The Crab) June 22 – July 22:  Your Cancer pet is going to want you all to themselves during the next 30 days.  Your pet will also enjoy listening to music; it will be soothing to their soul and put them in a meditative state.  This will be helpful especially when you are not around; this will help reduce their anxiety in your absence.
LEO (The Lion) July 23 – August 22: Your Leo pet will really show their loyalty during the next 30 days.  They will also show you that they have a sense of responsibility.  Give them chores to do, such as protecting the home, being the family entertainer – this will prove that you have faith in them and respect their abilities to achieve.
VIRGO (The Virgin) August 23 – September 22: Your Virgo pet will not be happy if their environment doesn’t have some semblance of order. They like their area tidied up and they don’t like left over food on their plates. They are in a neatness mode this month. They will be constantly cleaning themselves.  Don’t make fun of them; just reassure them that they are beautiful!
LIBRA (The Scales) September 23 – October 22:  Your Libra pet will enjoy the niceties that life has to offer during the 30 days.  They will enjoy cuddling up in a comfortable blanket and lounging with their favorite person.  Indulge them during this time.  You too will enjoy this.
SCORPIO (The Scorpion) October 23 – November 21: Your Scorpio pet will be in the daydreaming state of mind.  They will appear to be preoccupied; but don’t let that fool you; they are still paying attention to everything!  They especially have a very close eye on everything you are saying and doing!  Be careful of what you are thinking!
SAGITTARIUS (The Archer) November 22 – December 21: Your Sagittarian pet will appear to be restless during the next 30 days.  They can and will be bored easily; so plan activities to keep your pet engaged.  The only task they will NOT enjoy this month is being groomed; it will be a battle for you, so when you do groom them please make sure they are justly rewarded.
CAPRICORN (The Goat) December 22 – January 19:  Your Capricorn pet shows fortitude and stamina during the next 30 days.  It may be difficult to keep up with your pet as they will wear you out!  Enjoy the cooler weather together in the outdoors if possible, if not, try to keep windows open so they can enjoy all this season has to offer.
AQUARIUS (The Water Bearer) January 20 – February 19: Your Aquarian pet will be a bit on the "goofy" side this month. They will be very entertaining and be the life of any party.  Enjoy their fun side and they will relish being the center of attention.  Just make sure that you give them praise and acknowledgement of their accomplishments.
PISCES (The Fish) February 20 – March 20: Your Pisces pet is now starting to come out of their shell that they were in last month.  They will want and need to have a lot of affection and will really appreciate if you make time to cuddle.  This will be beneficial for both of you as it will intensify the bond the two of you have.
