JANUARY 2008 HOROSCOPE

The start of the New Year finds relationships a bit topsy-turvy, which includes both in the animal and human worlds. Relationships will be volatile, so it is important to maintain open lines of communication and to look at the other person’s perspective. What plays out in January will be a sign of what is to come in the New Year.
ARIES (The Ram) March 21 – April 19: Your Aries pet will want to stay close to you this month. They will be especially clingy if strangers come to visit, as they will not be very trusting. Just reassure your pet that they are safe and that you will take careful measures to protect them.
TAURUS (The Bull) April 20 – May 21: Your Taurus pet will be very bothered by the cold in the next 30 days. Even if your pet normally enjoys the frigid air, this month they will want the warmth of you and the safety net of their home. Enjoy being bundled up with your best friend!
GEMINI (The Twins) May 22 – June 21: January finds your Gemini pet a bit on the pensive side. They will be completing the entire goings on in the world and will worry about everything. It is important to play soft music for your Gemini pet as this will sooth their neurotic side.
CANCER (The Crab) June 22 – July 22: This month finds your Cancer pet wanting to explore the great outdoors, especially when there is snow on the ground. The cold weather will not bother your pet, however, keep it to a minimum. Allow your Cancer their curiosity, but within reason.
LEO (The Lion) July 23 – August 22: Your Leo’s strong will, will come out this month. The Leo pet will want and need to take charge of the household. If you have a multi-pet household life is going to be difficult for the other pets. You may want to compensate by having extra treats available.
VIRGO (The Virgin) August 23 – September 22: Your Virgo pet is still on the moody side during the next 30 days. It would be a great idea to engage them in physical activity to try to break this mood. With the outdoor stormy weather, try to set up some fun physical indoor exercise.
LIBRA (The Scales) September 23 – October 22: Your Libra pet is in the pleasing mode, so take full advantage. They will hang on your every word, and will follow you all around. This can be irritating at times, but enjoy the attention while you can. Reward them for their positive behavior.
SCORPIO (The Scorpion) October 23 – November 21: Your Scorpion pet will be in an apprehensive mood this month. They will almost take on a different personality, and not necessarily a good one. The planet Mars really affects them in a negative way this month, so try to be patient with them as this will pass.
SAGITTARIUS (The Archer) November 22 – December 21: Your Sagittarian pet will be more energetic this month. Try to get them to play and exercise more. This is a good time for you and your pet to start fulfilling the New Year’s resolution of more physical activity and being healthier.
CAPRICORN (The Goat) December 22 – January 19: Your Capricorn pet is trying to tell you something. Pay attention to what they are communicating to you, as it could be very important. Don’t dismiss them when they are being vocal, they love and care about you and just want to help you.
AQUARIUS (The Water Bearer) January 20 – February 19: This time of year finds your Aquarian pet on the quiet side. It is a let down of all the festive activities of the holiday season. Let your pet rest during the next 30 days and then it will be time to break them from their solitude. It the meantime, enjoy this down time.
PISCES (The Fish) February 20 – March 20: Your Pisces pet comes out of their shell as the New Year begins. They will become more active and engaging in the next 30 days. They will try to get you to be more active with them. Also, they need and want your approval in everything they do, so don’t disappoint them.
