JUNE HOROSCOPE
Starting in June Uranus goes retrograde. Retrograde is when planets appear to go backwards in the Zodiac. They don’t actually go backwards it just appears that way. When Uranus is in retrograde we should expect the unexpected. There will be all sorts of surprises both good and bad. There could be personality changes and some pets may take risks that they don’t normally take.
ARIES (The Ram) March 21 – April 19: The Aries pet in the upcoming month will need challenges. This will be a good time to teach a new trick or just reaffirm old habits. They will be very playful and will want to have a lot of activities to keep them busy and focused. Accomplishments this month will give them the confidence that they need.
TAURUS (The Bull) April 20 – May 21: Your Taurus this month will tend to be a bit lazy and possessive of what is around them. This is not the time to make any changes in the household as any changes will stress your pet out and make them feel insecure. Be aware as the Taurus is likely to have weight gain in this upcoming month.
GEMINI (The Twins) May 22 – June 21: In the upcoming month your usually smart pet may become headstrong and very stubborn. They may become more inquisitive and try to go exploring, be careful that they don’t get lost! Training any pet this month will be difficult as they will lose focus easily. However, your pet will be more vocal then usual as they need and want your attention.
CANCER (The Crab) June 22 – July 22: This month will find your normally happy, go lucky pet a little more reserved. This is a good time to reassure your pet how much you love them and they will give you lots of love and affection in return. Your pet will be very aware of your stresses and emotions and will want to help you through them.
LEO (The Lion) July 23 – August 22: Your pet will be much more active and domineering this month. If you have a show pet they will want to be at their best and demand a lot of you, their caregiver! Your Leo pet is very proud so please be careful not to dress them in something that is less then dignified.
VIRGO (The Virgin) August 23 – September 22: Your Virgo this month may have a tendency to be needy and will have a lot of energy. So much sure your pet gets lots of exercise this month. This would be the month that your pet could become the escape artist, so make sure windows, doors and fences are secure as the Virgo pet is very resourceful.
LIBRA (The Scales) September 23 – October 22: This month could find your easy going, sociable Libra pet a little more introverted, don’t worry this will pass quickly. Since they have a love of nature they will be attracted to flowers by either eating them or digging them up, so beware. They will also attract some animal "friends" and will try to bring them home.
SCORPIO (The Scorpion) October 23 – November 21: Your Scorpio pet is intense and very self-controlled. They will be extremely sensitive to your needs. They will be your shadow for the next month as they will want to protect you from any perceived evils lurking out there. Offer them calm and stability as they will need constant reassurance.
SAGITTARIUS (The Archer) November 22 – December 21: In the upcoming month your pet will experience the yearning for more independence and freedom. You will notice that while they will have spurts of energy, they will poop out quickly. Don’t be surprised if you find unusual items around the household as your pet will go exploring and bring you back "gifts".
CAPRICORN (The Goat) December 22 – January 19: This month your Capricorn really needs structure. They will test you and push the envelope. They like to be in charge and will challenge your authority. It is important that you establish boundaries. Once you do, they will do everything they can to please you as they need your approval.
AQUARIUS (The Water Bearer) January 20 – February 19: Your Aquarius pet will tend to be a bit more aloof this month from other pets. They will seek human companionship more than usual and from any human, who will give it to them, so pay a lot of extra attention. They will need lots of understanding and extreme patience. But remember this behavior is temporary and they will be back to "normal" by the end of the month.
PISCES (The Fish) February 20 – March 20: This month your Pisces pet will want to stay close to home. They will tend to be a little more sensitive then usual and somewhat temperamental. They may react badly to people they perceive as mean, so try to avoid these situations. Give them lots of love and in return you will receive more affection then usual.
